Approve consultant contracts with Dowling Associates in the not -to- exceed amounts of <br />$111,040 for the update to the City of Pleasanton traffic model and $100,000 for on -call <br />transportation model services <br />3. Approve plans and specifications, review of bids and award of contract to Rosas Brothers <br />Construction in the amount of $279,882 for Annual Curb and Gutter Replacement, CIP No. <br />085009 <br />Review and approve Engineer's Report and Budget and set public hearing for 2009 -2010 <br />annual assessments for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts 1984 -1 (Ponderosa); <br />1993 -1 (Windsor); 1993 -2 (Bonde Ranch); 1994 -1 (Oak Tree Farm); and 1995 -1 (Moller <br />Ranch <br />5. Second reading of Ordinance No. 1991 amending Section 11.36.210 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code creating a three hour limited time parking zone <br />Finance <br />6.
