CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-394 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING <br />TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING <br />SECTION 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) BY ADDING SUB- <br />SECTIONS 3d-7, 3h-4 and 3s-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution <br />No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br />for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution <br /> No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 14, 1984, the City Council <br />received and discussed reports (SR 84:417 and SR 84:418) <br />from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related <br />to the need for stop signs at various intersections; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to install the below-described stop signs; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic <br /> Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by <br /> adding the following subsections to Section 3 (Stop <br /> Intersections): <br /> <br />"3d-7 <br /> <br />Dolores Drive, at Mission Drive; stopping <br />traffic on Dolores Drive. <br /> <br />3h-4 <br /> <br />Harvest Road, at Golden Road; stopping traffic <br />on Harvest Road in both directions. <br /> <br />3s-5 <br /> <br />Sonoma Drive, at Mission Drive; stopping traffic <br />on Sonoma Drive." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />None ~~~~/ <br />Councilmember Butler <br />None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
