CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-394 AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) BY ADDING SUB- SECTIONS 3d-7, 3h-4 and 3s-5 WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 14, 1984, the City Council received and discussed reports (SR 84:417 and SR 84:418) from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to the need for stop signs at various intersections; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to install the below-described stop signs; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections to Section 3 (Stop Intersections): "3d-7 Dolores Drive, at Mission Drive; stopping traffic on Dolores Drive. 3h-4 Harvest Road, at Golden Road; stopping traffic on Harvest Road in both directions. 3s-5 Sonoma Drive, at Mission Drive; stopping traffic on Sonoma Drive." Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
