Members of the City Council: <br />The City Council appoints and evaluates the City Attorney. The City Council held its <br />evaluation of the City Attorney in April 2009; the City Attorney's previous evaluation was <br />in August 2007. <br />Based on that evaluation, the attached resolution adjusts the annual salary of the City <br />Attorney by 2.14%, from $187,370 to $191,380, effective September 1, 2008.
