SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> <br />EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SERVICE <br />(ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP) <br /> <br />This is a Fee for Services Agreement entered <br />16 of the current Joint Powers Agreement for <br />Employee Relations Services. <br /> <br />into pursuant to Section <br />Intergovernmental <br /> <br />Parties: The parties to this agreement are the Intergovernmental <br />Employee Relations Service Program (Service) and the City of <br />Pleasanton (City). <br /> <br />Purpose: The purpose of this agreement is to provide the City <br />with informationt research and assistance relevant to the conduct <br />of its employee relations functions. <br /> <br />Basic Services: During the term of this agreement, the Service <br />shall render to the City all Basic Services as set forth in <br />Section 9 (Basic Services) of the JPA, with the exception of <br />Section 9(c) relating to completion of the Annual League of <br />California Cities Compensation Survey or any replacement service. <br /> <br />Fee: City fee for Basic Services provided under this agreement <br />shall be $2,211 the fiscal year ending July 1, 1985. This fee <br />represents 90% of the twelve-month fee applicable to Full Members <br />in Fee Group V as set forth in the attached Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />The City shall pay the fee for Basic Services in full within <br />thirty (30) days of execution of this agreement. <br /> <br />Special Services: The City may also request services over and <br />above those set forth in Section 9 of the Joint Powers Agreement. <br />Such services are as defined in Section 10 (Special Services) of <br />the JPA. The fees for such services shall be established under <br />Section 6 of the JPA and presently range from $45.00 to $55.00 per <br />professional staff hour, payable within thirty (30) days of <br />billing. <br /> <br /> <br />
