CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-378 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN PENTZ PROPERTIES FOR MINOR MODIFICATION TO BUILDING SETBACK AND LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS IN HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK (PUD-81-30-4M) WHEREAS , Callahan Pentz Properties has applied for a minor modification to building setback and landscpaing requirments in Hacienda Business Park to allow two buildings to encroach into the required 75 ft. building setback area, and two other buildings not to have the required 15 ft. of landscaping between them and the parking lots adjacent to them; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 24, 1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed modifica- tion; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed modification is justified; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Minor Modification to building setback and landscaping requirements in Hacienda Business Park (PUD-81-30-4M) to allow buildings A and D to encroach into the required 75 ft. building setback area, as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, and the required 15 ft. of landscaping between buildings B and C and the parking lots adjacent to them be omitted, as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
