CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-378 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN <br />PENTZ PROPERTIES FOR MINOR MODIFICATION TO <br />BUILDING SETBACK AND LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS <br />IN HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK (PUD-81-30-4M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Callahan Pentz Properties has applied for a minor <br />modification to building setback and landscpaing <br />requirments in Hacienda Business Park to allow two <br />buildings to encroach into the required 75 ft. <br />building setback area, and two other buildings <br />not to have the required 15 ft. of landscaping <br />between them and the parking lots adjacent to <br />them; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on July 24, 1984 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed modifica- <br />tion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed <br /> modification is justified; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Minor Modification to building <br /> setback and landscaping requirements in Hacienda <br /> Business Park (PUD-81-30-4M) to allow buildings A <br /> and D to encroach into the required 75 ft. building <br /> setback area, as shown on the development plan, <br /> Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, <br /> and the required 15 ft. of landscaping between <br /> buildings B and C and the parking lots adjacent to <br /> them be omitted, as shown on the development plan, <br /> Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES None ~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> <br />
