EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br /> Case PUD-81-30-16D <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, elevations, landscape plan and floor plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />That approval of this case is subject to the granting of <br />a minor modification to case PUD-81-30 to allow the proposed <br />encroachments of buildings A and D into the required 75 ft. <br />building setback area along Stoneridge Drive and to allow <br />less than a 15 ft. landscape separation between buildings <br />B and C and the parking areas abutting them. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-16D is subject to all <br /> <br />of approval ~f Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving Hacienda <br />Business P~k. <br /> <br />That this development is subject to all Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference, except conditions 12, 29, 33, 35, 36, 46 and <br />49. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
