CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFO~IIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-377 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN <br />PENTZ PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A <br />FOUR BUILDING COMMERCIAL/OFFICE COMPLEX TOTALLING <br />APPROXIMATELY 81,000 SQ. FT. PROPOSED FOR THE <br />6.328 ACRE SITE IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THE <br />INTERSECTION OF STONERIDGE DRIVE AND GIBRALTAR <br />DRIVE ON THE EAST SIDE OF GIBRALTAR DRIVE (PUD-81-30-16D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Callahan Pentz Properties has applied for design <br />approval for a four building commercial/office complex <br />totalling approximately 81,000 sq~ ft. proposed to <br />be located on the 6.328 acre site immediately south <br />of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar <br />Drive on the east side of Gibraltar Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br />development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br />including the typical architectural and site designs <br />for individual lots, and there are no changed circum- <br />stances or new information requiring additional <br />environmental review; therefore, this application <br />does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no <br />new environmental documents accompany this application; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on July 24, 1984 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Callahan Pentz Properties <br /> for design approval for a four building commercial/office <br /> complex totalling approximately 81,000 sq. ft. proposed <br /> for the 6.328 acre site immediately south of the inter- <br /> section of Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar Drive on the <br /> east side of Gibraltar Drive (PUD-81-30-16D), subject <br /> to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
