CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-375 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A 65,000 SQ. FTo OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL BUILDING PROPOSED FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 4.75 ACRE PARCEL ON THE WEST SIDE OF WILLOW ROAD OPPOSITE GIBRALTAR DRIVE (PUD-81-30-14D) WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for design approval for an approximately 65,000 sq. ft. office/indus- trial building proposed to be constructed on the approximately 4.75 acre parcel located on the west side of Willow Road opposite Gibraltar Drive; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circum- stances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 24, 1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance Company for design approval for an approximately 65,000 sq. ft. office/industrial building proposed for an approximately 4.75 acre parcel on the west side of Willow Road opposite Gibraltar Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
