CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-374 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING NINE MEMBERS TO THE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING PANEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined necessary to form an Environ- <br /> mental Monitoring Panel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 24, 1984, various persons <br />were considered for this appointment and nine were <br />selected; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The following persons have been selected to <br /> serve on the Environmental Monitoring Panel: <br /> <br />Ray Ahner <br />Brian Benda <br />Alan Casamajor <br />Richard Combs <br />Mary McLaughlin <br />Sharrell Michelotti <br />Gene Pons <br />Tom Sullivan <br />Chuck Wiedelo <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2: The panel is instructed to review, cooperatively <br /> with staff, the conditions of approval for our <br /> business parks; to assess ways of monitoring for <br /> compliance with those conditions; to recommend <br /> mitigation measures where needed; and to recommend <br /> a preferred ongoing method for monitoring, with <br /> the anticipated time frame projected to be one <br /> year. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
