RESOLUTION NO. 09-274 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />APPROVING THE INVESTMENT POLICY AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §53601 and §53635, the City's Investment <br />Policy and Guidelines must be submitted to Council annually for adoption; and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a policy document for fiscal year 2009-10 <br />on April 7, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the policies and guidelines outlined in <br />that document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Adopt the Investment Policy and Guidelines for fiscal year 2009-10 as <br />reflected in Exhibit A. <br />Section 2.
