CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~NIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-373 <br /> <br />DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF GREGORY MAROULAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />on June 4, 1984, the City of Pleasanton received a <br />claim filed on behalf of Gregory Maroulas for <br />damage to his windshield; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 24, 1984, the City Council <br /> reviewed the claim and determined that it should be <br /> denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Gregory Maroulas filed on June 4, 1984 <br /> is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> R, MAYOR <br /> <br /> ~Walker, City Clerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
