CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-371 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CREATING POSITION OF SENIOR BUILDING <br />INSPECTOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />to create a more efficient organization and have a <br />smoother running department, there is a requirement <br />to establish a position of Senior Building Inspector <br />in the Building Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 24, 1984, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of the Building <br />Department (SR 84:392); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby creates the position of <br /> Senior Building InspectOr in the Building Department. <br /> <br />Section 2: The 1984-85 Operating Budget is hereby amended <br /> to provide a salary range of $2,079 to $2,786 for <br /> the position of Senior Building Inspector. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None K~~R.~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />/jBTEST:~ T <br /> <br /> James R. ~ ker, Cit erk <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter D. ~acDonald~ City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
