(3) Public Liability Insurance. ACTEB/ACAP shall take out and <br />maintain in the name o~ ACTEB/ACA~ and ACTE_B/ACAP members during the <br />life of the amended agreement, such Public Liability Insurance as <br />shall protect itself, ACTE/]/ACAP members, officials, officers, <br />directors, employees, and agents, from claims which may arise from <br />operations under this amended agreement, whether such operations be <br />by itself, by ACT~_B/ACAP members, its officials, Officers, direc- <br />tors, employees, and agents, and contractor, or by anyone directly <br />or indirectly employed by either of them. This liability insurance <br />shall include, but shall not be limited to, protection against <br />claims arising from bodily and personal injury and damage to prop- <br />er ty, resu! ring from ACTEB/ACA2 ' s, ACTEB/ACAP members ' , Or subcon- <br />tractor ' s operations, use of owned cr non-owned automobiles ,' <br />products, and completed operations. The amount of insurance shall <br />not be less than the following: <br /> <br />Single Limit Coverage applyi.ng to Bodily and Personal Injury <br />Liability and Property Damage: S1,000,000.00 <br /> <br />The following endorsements must be attached to the policy: <br /> <br />(a.) If the insurance policy covers on an "accident" <br /> basis, it must be changed to "occurrence." <br /> <br />(b) The policy must cover personal injury as well ~s <br /> bodily injury. <br /> <br />(c) 'The policy must cover complete contractual liabil- <br /> ity. Exclusions of contractual liability'as to <br /> bodily injuries, personal injuries and property <br /> · MUST BE ELiMInATED from the basic policy endorse- <br /> ments. <br /> <br />(d) The pc!icy m~! include a gross liability or sever- <br /> ability of interests clause. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />The ACTEB/ACAP members must be named as additional <br />insureds under t-he coverage afforded with respect <br />to t-he work being performed under t-he amended <br />agreement. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />A~ endorsement shall be provided which states t-hat <br />the coverage is PRZ.uARY LNSUF~A.NCE and that no other <br />insurance effected by t.he ACTEB/ACAP members will <br />be called upon to contribute to a loss under this <br />coverage. <br /> <br />Cancellation, non-renewal, or reduction in limits <br />shall be sent to t.he ACTEB/ACA_D members with at <br />least thirty (30) da.vs' notice. <br /> <br /> (4) Depositors' Fcr.cery Ccvera~e. ACTEB/ACA.m shall also p,~r- <br />chase de_~osltcrs' forgery coverage in the amcunz of $!00,O00-OC. <br /> <br />~!I- <br /> <br /> <br />
