CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-366 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF SEWER CAPACITY FOR DOUBLETREE INN <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Section 2-15.30.01(c) of the City's Sewerage Code <br />requires Council approval for sale of sewage <br />connections for any use exceeding 7,500 gallons <br />per day and 3,000 gallons per day per net acre; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the developers of the Doubletree Inn have made an <br />application to purchase 13,294 gallons per day of <br />sewage capacity for their project, an amount which <br />requires prior City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Doubletree Inn has incorporated into its project <br /> all feasible water conservation measures; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Sewer Committee has recommended that <br /> approval of the application be granted; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the application <br /> of Doubletree Inn for 13,294 gallons per day of <br /> sewerage capacity. <br /> <br />Section 2: Directs the Chief Building Inspector to issue a <br /> connection permit in the amount of 13,294 gallons <br /> per day of sewerage capacity in conjunction with <br /> the issuance of a building for the Doubletree Inn <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~~~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />TTEST: /_~_~0 ~ ER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> mes R.a Walker, City Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
