Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve the proposed expansion of the music <br />school, which will continue to provide important exposure of the arts to the youth of this <br />community. <br />IX. STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve Case No. PCUP-237 by taking the <br />following actions: <br />1. Make the required conditional use findings as listed in the staff report; and, <br />2.
