Staff continues to support the proposed music studio. The studio has been successfully <br />operating at this site for two years, respecting the adjacent uses. The applicant has <br />installed sound proofing on the common wall and interior office walls, and, until the <br />Planning Commission hearing for this application, the City has not received any <br />complaints regarding its operations.
