STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Commission take the following actions: <br />1. Find that the project would not have a significant effect on the environment and <br />adopt a resolution approving the attached draft Negative Declaration. <br />2. Find that the proposed Planned Unit Development plan is consistent with the <br />General Plan and PUD Ordinance; <br />3. Make the PUD findings as listed in this staff report; and <br />4.
