(Attachment 6) states that no responses from other agencies were received, thus, <br />concluding the Negative Declaration review process of this project. Based on the Initial <br />Study, staff believes that approval of Case PUD-77 would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment. Staff, therefore, believes that the Negative <br />Declaration can be adopted in conformance with the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA).
