This Loan Agreement will he deemed to express, embody, and supersede any <br />previous understanding, agreements, or commitments, whether written or oral, <br />between the parties with respect to the general subject matter hereof. By execution <br />of this Loan Agreement, the Lender and Borrower expressly terminate Paragraph 3 <br />of the Financing Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton <br />Unitied School District dated July 31, ?002. <br />b. The Lender may retain an administrator for the processing of this Loan Agreement, <br />Promissory Note and any Advances, with the Lender to bear the costs of such <br />administrator. <br />c.
