EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />BASES OF CHARGES <br /> <br />The prices listed herein are typical of engineering, geological, and chemical services most freq.uently provided by the firm of <br />BSK & Associates, Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. Prices for other services and special quotations will be given upon request. <br />All prices are subject to change without notice. <br /> <br />Testing is conducted in accordance with the latest applicable specifications of the American Society for Testing and Materials, <br />American Association of State Highway Officials, Standard Methods for Examination of Water and Wastewater, or other <br />pertinent agencies. <br /> <br />Our Chemical Laboratory is approved by the State of California for Chemical and Bacteriological Water Examinations. <br /> <br />Unit prices shown are for the laboratory work only, and include reporting of laboratory or field test results not calling for <br />recommendations or conclusions. <br /> <br />Use of special equipment, machining, freight, and other charges are invoiced at cost plus 15 % service charge. <br /> <br />Mileage, when applicable. is $0.35 per mile; drill rig and heavy equipment trucks, and 4-wheel drive vehicles, S0.45 per mile. <br /> <br />All billing for services performed in the field is based on a minimum charge of two hours. Field Services over two hours: <br />Ivlin imum charge of four hours. Field Services over sia hours: Minimum charge of eight hours. (A surcharge will be on time in <br />excess of eight hours and work performed on weekends and holidays.) <br /> <br />Per diem, when applicable, is $~.00 per day. <br /> <br /> <br />
