CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-361 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5283, CASA MISSION DOLORES <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5283, Cassa Mission Dolores have been submitted <br />and checked by the Engineering staff and the <br />necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of July 24, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1 <br /> <br /> The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br />for Tract 5283, Casa Mission Dolores, are hereby <br />approved and accepted and the appropriate City <br />officers are instructed to take whatever action <br />necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5283, <br /> Casa Mission Dolores, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES None ~ ~ENN~E~ <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~PROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
