CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~TON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFO~qIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-360 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF OUTFIELD FENCE AND WA~qING TRACK, <br />SPORTS PARK P[~SE IV, PROJECT NO. 84-6, AND APPROVAL <br />OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO ROBERT QUATMAN, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Robert Quatman, Inc. on the outfield fence <br />and warning track at Sports Park Phase IV, Project <br />No. 84-6, has been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~NTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the outfield fence and warning track <br /> is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $13,895.37 in favor of <br /> Robert Quatman, Inc. in satisfaction of the final <br /> progress payment for the above-accepted work on <br /> Project No. 84-6. Ten percent (10%) of the total <br /> contract or $6,320.94 will be retained until thirty <br /> (30) days after filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice <br /> of Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY TIlE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~,__R~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />e.tDAS TO FORMn~al~d~,~C~ty~t~t6o~rn~e <br /> eter D.
