CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-358 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH P G & E <br />FOR UNDERGROUND LINE EXTENSION FOR TRACT 4788, <br />PLEASANTON PARK <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Pacific Gas and Electric <br /> Company for underground line extension within new <br /> commercial or industrial development for Assessment <br /> District 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, Tract 4788, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24,1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> ~ ~- · <br /> mes R.
