CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-353 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEI{ENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5297, PLEASANTON VILLAGES II, HOMESTEAD <br />DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5297, Pleasanton Villages II, Homestead <br />Development Company, have been submitted and <br />checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br />inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of July 10, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 5297, Pleasanton Villages II, Homestead <br /> Development Company, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5297, <br /> Pleasanton Villages II, Homestead Development Company. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br /> TTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
