The term of the Agreement shall be extended for a <br />period of twelve (12) months, until June 22, 1985, if (i) the <br /> <br />Developer has applied for thirty (30) building permits within <br />one week of approval of the final map for the Townhouse portion <br />of the project, and (ii) the Developer has been issued building <br />permits for all 83 Townhouse units within six (6) months of the <br />date of this amendment to the Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2.
