Report" or terminates prior to the date Resident no longer occupies the Space, then <br />Resident's monthly base rent payments will continue to be governed by the terms of the <br />most recent rent stabilization agreement that was in effect until the date Resident no <br />longer occupies the Space, but subject to inere aces in the monthly base rent payments <br />based on the average monthly percentage increase in the "Consumer Price Index" for the <br />most recently reported period. <br />4. Conversion Committee. Resident shall actively participate as a member of the <br />Conversion Committee by attending all City of Pleasanton public hearings regarding the <br />Conversion, speaking in support of the Conversion at such public hearings, reasonably <br />cooperating with the Park Owner to promote amd support the Conversion, supporting the <br />Conversion in resident surveys, and speaking .and voting in support of the Conversion at <br />any resident association meetings with respect. to matters concerning the Conversion. <br />5. Successors and Assiens. Resident acknowledges that the sale of the spaces in the Park is <br />expected to commence not earlier than 10 years from the date hereof. This Agreement <br />shall inure to the benefit of a one-time immediate successor or assign of Resident (i.e., a <br />one-Cime Cransfer to an immediate buyer of Resident's mobilehome or a one-time transfer <br />to Resident's heirs) provided the successor or assignee: executes appropriate documents <br />as shall be reasonably required by Park Owner agreeing to be bound by the terms hereof. <br />`Park Clwncr" <br />Daniel M.
