Approve a consultant agreement with RRM Design Group in the amount of $123,350 to <br />provide evaluation services for Citywide Sidewalk/ADA Ramp Assessment, CIP No. 085034 <br />4. Approve plans and specifications, review of bids and award of contract to A-1 Construction in <br />the amount of $114,875 for Annual Sidewalk and Intersection Ramp Installation, CIP No. <br />085005 <br />5. Accept public improvements performed by DSS Company for Foothill Road Widening, <br />Resurfacing and Storm Drainage Improvements, CIP Nos. 995019 and 985013 <br />6. Accept public improvements performed by Precision Engineering Inc. for the Black Avenue <br />Utility Project, CIP No. 081033 <br />7. Approve the reinstallation of 18 street lights on Foothill Road adjacent to the Golden Eagle <br />Development and a contract with Vista Universal, Inc. in the amount of $39,348 for installation <br />of said lights <br />Finance <br />8. Accept the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for February 2009 <br />9. Adopt a resolution approving the Annual Investment Policy and Guidelines for fiscal year <br />2009-10 <br />10. Approve fourth amendment to an agreement for professional services with Bartel Associates, <br />LLC, in the amount of $33,000 for actuarial consulting and related services <br />
