WHEREAS, the Final EIR for the Project contemplates that a Mitigation <br />Monitoring and Reporting Plan be adopted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Adopts the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, dated <br />February 2009, attached to this Resolution as Exhibit 1. <br />SECTION 2.
