WHEREAS, at its noticed public hearing of October 22, 2008, the Planning <br />Commission recommended that the City Council certify the Final EIR as adequate and <br />complete. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Finds that the Final EIR for the Project to be complete and <br />adequate and reflects the independent judgment: of the City. <br />SECTION 2. Certifies the Final EIR for the Project, a copy of which is on file in <br />the Planning Division of the Community Development Department. <br />SECTION 3.
