DEIR, p. 3.10-22
Findings Demonstrating No Need for Recirculation
1. Effect of Concurrent Extension on Water Supply
The Project will generate the same water demand with the Concurrent
Extension as with the Deferred Extension because the Project's uses are
the same under either scenario. The Concurrent Extension therefore will
not pose any new significant water supply impacts or substantially
increase the severity of a water supply impact beyond what is identified in
the Draft EIR.
Cultural Resources
Findings Regarding Impacts
1. Potential disturbance of unknown archaeological resources.
Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has
been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a
less-than- significant level:
Each project developer and the Project Sponsor shall retain the
services of a qualified archaeological consultant having expertise in
California prehistoric archaeology, per MM CR-1.
DEIR, p. 4-33, FEIR, p. 4-12
Findings Demonstrating No Need for Recirculation
1. Effect of Concurrent Extension on Cultural Resources
The Concurrent Extension will not present any new cultural resources
impacts or substantially increase the severity of such impacts beyond
what is identified in the Draft EIR because it does not alter the location of
the project site and will be subject to CR-1 on page 4-33 of the Draft EIR.
Geology, Soils, and Seismicity
Findings Regarding Impacts
1.
