CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-346 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING CHARLOTTE SEVERIN TO THE <br />BOARD OF THE TRI-VALLEY COMMUNITY TELEVISION <br />CORPORATION FOR A TWO YEAR TERM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the term of Charlotte Severin as a member of the <br />Board of the Tri-Valley Community Television <br />Corporation has expired; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Severin has indicated her desire to continue <br /> as a member of the Board; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby reappoints Charlotte <br /> Severin as a Member of the Board of the Tri-Valley <br /> Community Television Corporation for a two year term <br /> commencing May 11, 1984 and ending May 11, 1986. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: NoneKErR .~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Tj, EsT: ~ ~~ . , <br /> <br /> es R. , City <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter D.
