ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Larissa <br />Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Jenny Soo, Associate <br />Planner; Natalie Amos, Assistant Planner; and Maria L. <br />Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Jennifer Pearce; Vice Chair Arne Olson; <br />Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, and <br />Greg O'Connor <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. November 12, 2008 <br />Commissioner Fox requested that the word "childcare" be added before the word <br />"facility" in the second sentence of the sixth paragraph on page 4. <br />Commissioner Blank inquired if it would make any difference to add "childcare" and if <br />this would be applied to the entire Minutes. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, January 14, 2009 Page 1 of 35 <br />
