CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-344 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND SUBDIVISION <br />AGREEMENT FOR PARCEL MAP 4170, GATEWOOD APARTMENTS, <br />GATEWOOD ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />improvement plans for Parcel Map 4170, Gatewood Apartments, <br />Gatewood Associates, have been submitted and checked <br />by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council <br /> at its meeting of July 10, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The improvement plans for Parcel Map 4170, Gatewood <br /> Apartments, Gatewood Associates, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the <br /> Subdivision Agreement for Parcel Map 4170, Gatewood <br /> Apartments, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> None <br /> None <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: ~~ <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
