CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-340 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD OVERCROSSING <br />WATER LINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the West Las Positas Boulevard <br />overcrossing water line by Prudential Insurance Company <br />has been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvement has been recommended <br />by the Director of Public Works and Utilities in his <br />report to the City Council dated July 10, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the West Las Positas Boulevard overcrossing <br /> water line is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Wa~ker,Clty~~R · ' <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />P~er~.
