CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEA~ <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-336 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br />BUSINESS PARK OWNERS ASSOCIATION FO} <br />AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />.ANTON <br /> <br />VALLEY <br /> LANDSCAPE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ~F PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and the Valley Bdsiness Park Owners <br /> Association for maintenance of landscape, lighting and <br /> soundwalls, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute t~e above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effe&tive immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 10, 1984 BY THE ~OLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, M~hr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~MAyOR~t~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
