Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Jennifer Pearce, Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy <br />Narum, Greg O’Connor, and Arne Olson. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Anne Fox. <br />2.
