Parcel <br />Map 2293 contains frontage along Foothill Road and <br />Bernal Avenue subject to the above agreement; and <br /> <br />$29,658.40 has been offered to the City of Pleasanton <br />in lieu of owners improvement and reservation obligations <br />relating to Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue as set forth <br />in the Deferred Street Improvement Agreement dated <br />December 13, 1977 and Condition 15 of Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 1524. Specifically, payment is intended <br />to be in lieu of owners obligation to continue to <br />reserve any lands for future street widening which <br />have not already been dedicated by owner and in lieu <br />of owners obligation to improve said lands for street <br />purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby releases those lands (formerly <br />Parcels A and B of Parcel Map 2293) from any further <br />street improvement obligations contained in the Deferred <br />Street Improvement Agreement dated December 13, 1977. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk is directed to cause this resolution <br /> to be recorded with the Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 26, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
