Insurance coverage shall be in at least the following amounts: <br /> <br />PUBLIC LIABILITY <br />Ge"neral Bodily Injury - $1,000,000 Per Occurrence <br />General Property Damage - $ 100,000 Per Occurrence <br /> or <br />Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br /> <br />AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY <br />Bodily Injury - $500,000 Per Person/S1,000,000 Per <br /> Occurrence <br />Property Damage - $100,000 Per Occurrence <br /> or <br />Combined'Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br /> <br /> 11. Attorney's Fees. In the event City shall install and prevail <br />in any action or suit for the enforcement of any of its rights under <br />this agreement, Developer shall pay to City a reasonable attorney's <br />fee as may be fixed by the court on account thereof. <br /> <br /> 12. Notices.
