CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-330 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND AGREEMENT FOR <br />VALLEY AVENUE SOUNDWALL - MORRISON HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated June 20, 1984, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for the Valley Avenue soundwall and improve- <br />ments, and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 26, 1984, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities related to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the soundwall, <br />sidewalk and landscaping along Valley Avenue between <br />Hopyard Road and Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Approves the Improvement Agreement for the above <br />improvements, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes <br />the Mayor to execute said agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 26, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None .# _~ R.~~~RCE~,~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> er, Cit5 lerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOP~M: <br />Bri ant City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
