Councilmember McGovern confirmed with the City Manager that this would provide staff with <br />sufficient time to resolve any issues with the environmental groups. <br />Councilmember Sullivan requested staff to properly notice the public, making it clear that the <br />Council would discuss and possibly consider approval of the Stoneridge Drive extension. <br />Councilmember McGovern stated that the Council has put a considerable amount of work into <br />this item and took issue with the sentiment that it has not made every effort to move forward <br />with the project. She expressed frustration that regional bodies continually change their position <br />on issues and asked where the trust is. <br />Mayor Hosterman asked staff to prepare an update on the regional framework status. <br />Council concurred with scheduling a special meeting for February 24. <br />11.
