MINUTES CITY OF PLEASANTON REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING February 3, 2009 CALL TO ORDER Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Thorne led in the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman Absent: None AGENDA AMENDMENTS City Manager Nelson Fialho noted that Item 8 has been continued to March 3, 2009. Mr. Fialho also advised the Council of a memo pertaining to Item 2 revised list of designated positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests to include the Human Services Commission, Housing Commission, Civic Arts Commission, and Library Commission. Councilmember McGovern requested continuance of Item 11; Public Hearing Item PAP-131 (PCUP-224). Mayor Hosterman stated that Item 11 would be continued to February 17, 2009. CONSENT CALENDAR Administrative Services 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of January 6, 2009 2. Adopted Resolution No. 09-261 adopting an amended Conflict of Interest Code and revised list of designated position required to file Statements of Economic Interests, and introduced Ordinance No. 1986 repealing Chapter 1.10 of Pleasanton Municipal Code Community Development 3. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission 4. Accepted public improvements performed by D&D Pipelines, Inc. for Annual Water Replacement, CIP No. 071028; authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion, the payment of retention in the amount of $6,434.50 and the transfer of $19,511 from subject project to CIP No. 081028, Annual Water Replacement Project Finance 5. Accepted transmittal of Audit of Financial Transactions for the year ending June 30, 2008 6. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for December 2008
