CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-329 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />VALLEY AVENUE MEDIAN LANDSCAPING, PROJECT NO. 84-4, <br />AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated June 26, 1984, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for the Valley Avenue median landscaping, <br />Project No. 84-4, and that said plans have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 26, 1984, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the Valley <br /> Avenue median landscaping., Project No. 84-4. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 26, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
