CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIF0~qIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-328 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR EAST AMADOR RELIEF SEWER WITHIN HACIENDA <br />BUSINESS PARK AND APPROVAL OF IMPROVEmeNT <br />AGREEMENT WITH PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />with the addition of Hacienda Business Park, Meyer <br />Center, Pleasanton Park and the Mohr-Martin area <br />developments, it is anticipated that the existing <br />East Amador Truck Sewer will not have capacity for <br />the anticipated sewage at full build-out; and <br /> <br />plans and specifications have been completed for the <br />proposed sewerline and have been reviewed by staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 26, 1984, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the <br />East Amador Relief Sewer within Hacienda Business <br />Park. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Approves the Improvement Agreement with Prudential <br />Insurance Company, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes <br />the Mayor to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Formation of a Reimbursement District will be formally <br /> considered after completion of the project. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 26, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />~ENNETH R.
