CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-327 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR 1984-85 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Manager presented a staff report to the <br />City Council outlining a Proposed Capital Improvement <br />Program for fiscal year 1984-85; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a meeting was held on June 26, 1984 where the Proposed <br />Capital Improvement Program was reviewed and a public <br />hearing was held to afford the public the opportunity <br />to comment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />upon review of the Proposed Capital Improvement Program <br />for fiscal year 1984-85 as presented by the City Manager <br />and Director of Finance in Staff ReDort 84:346, dated <br />June 20, 1984, Council found that no further amendments, <br />additions or deletions to the proposed CaDital Improve- <br />ment Program for fiscal. year 1984-85 should be made; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves and adopts the Capital <br />Improvement Program for 1984-85 as contained in the <br />Proposed Capital Improvement Program as amended in <br />the above-referenced staff report. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 26, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> aiker, CityR <br />By Doris George, Deputy City <br /> <br /> ~R MAYOR <br />Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Brlan W. ~wif~ant City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
