EXHIBIT "A" <br />Case PUD-81-30-13D <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, elevations and landscaDe plan, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br />That in order to provide a second access to the subject site, <br />'the driveway along the western property line shall be extended <br />to Gibraltar Drive, at least on a temporary basis until Phase <br />2 is constructed. An easement over the Phase 2 property <br />shall be granted to the subject property. <br /> <br />That the development shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the Hacienda <br />Business Park. <br /> <br />That the driveway to West Las Positas Boulevard shall be <br />right-turn in and out only. <br /> <br />That the applicant comply with the sDecial conditions <br />(8, 9, and 10) of MS-84-8 (PM 4320). <br /> <br />That private utility easements be provided across lot 34E <br />to the benefit of lot 34B. <br /> <br />That this project is subject to all Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference except conditions number 12, 29, 33, 35, 36, <br />46 and 49. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
