CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AL~4EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-324 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 41,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING TO BE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD BETWEEN GIBRALTAR DRIVE AND TASSAJARA CREEK (PUD-81-30-13D) WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties has applied for design approval for an approximately 41,000 sq. ft. office building to be located on the north side of West Las Positas Boulevard between Gibraltar Drive and Tassajara Creek; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circum- stances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 26, 1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project, including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City' General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for design review approval for an approximately 41,000 sq. ft. office building to be located on the north side of West Las Positas Boulevard between Gibraltar Drive and Tassajara Creek, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
