b. Provide inventory tracking, operational readiness and maintenance of equipment <br />and supply written verification on or before any established deadlines, and/or as <br />requested by ACFD. <br />c. Participate and train its employees on the new radio system, and supply written <br />verification on or before any established deadlines and/or as requested by ACFD. <br />d. Provide the following assigned liaison(s): <br />i. Primary Lead who is responsible for: Cities' point of contact, program <br />implementation and equipment installation. <br />ii. Training Lead who is responsible to oversee Cities' training and supply <br />written verification of training in a timely manner and when requested. <br />iii. Fiscal Lead: responsible for accounting, fiscal reporting and payment. <br />e. Assume liability for lost, damaged, and/or destruction of equipment and may be <br />required to replace (at own expense) such equipment as requested by ACFD. <br />f. To the extent the Cities may be eligible to receive reimbursement of funds, they <br />must submit any requested documentation in a timely manner to the ACFD fiscal <br />contact. <br />g. Promptly provide any additional documentation to ACFD as requested that may be <br />necessary in connection with grant. <br />h. Ensure that all documents demonstrating programmatic completion are completed <br />in a timely manner, are accurate and forwarded to ACFD documentation contact. <br />i. Cities understand that packing/distribution errors can occur and agrees to promptly <br />return all equipment that is received in error to the ACFD Project Lead. <br />j. Maintain a record log of equipment placement including apparatus ID and provide <br />copies on or before any established deadlines and/or as requested by ACFD. <br />k. Install equipment received from ACFD on or before any established timeline and/or <br />as requested by ACFD. <br />VI. Termination of the MOU <br />An agency may terminate the MOU with ACFD any time prior to the agency's accepting <br />the radio equipment provided that the agency give 30 days' written notice to the ACFD <br />Project Lead <br />Termination of this MOU shall not occur until all required documentation has been <br />received from the Cities and reviewed by ACFD Records are required to be maintained <br />by all parties, so to be available in the event of audit, through January 2013. <br />VII. Amendments <br />This MOU may be amended by written agreement by all parties if approved in advance <br />according to grant contract terms and conditions. <br />
