The updated 2005 PGBE C02e emission factor of 0.49 Ibs/kWh o f delivered electricity is verified by the California Climate Action Registry and
was reported to ICLEI in January 2007 by G reg San Martin. The PG&E C02e emissions factor of 53.05 kg/MMbtu of delivered natu ral gas, verifed
by the California Climate Action Registry and the CEC. The PG6E coeffcient set does not have em issions factors for CH4 and N20 as the C02e
emissions factor includes CH4 and N20 emi ssions in C02 equivalen ts. The business-as-usual projections for 2020 assume no cha nge in the PG 8
E COze emissions factor.
2. Default criteria air pollutant emissions factors are based on the Region 13 -Western Systems Coordinating Council/CNV Average Grid Electricity
Set.
Data Sources:
1.
