The proposed development shall be in substantial conformance to the <br />development plans and related materials, Exhibit A and Exhibit A.1, dated <br />"Received, September 3, 2008," on file with the Planning Division, except as <br />modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed <br />subject to the approval of the Director of Community Development if found to be <br />in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br />2. Permitted and Conditionally Permitted Uses for the project shall be those of the <br />RM Multi-Family Residential District as outlined in the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />(P.M.C. §18.36). <br />3. The site development standards for the proposed development are "per the <br />development," and are outlined in the table below. No additional <br />development-including, but not limited to, residential additions, garage <br />additions, porches, balconies, fencing, or accessory structures-is <br />permitted.
