SECTION 3. Approves Case PUD-76, the application of Nathaniel Morales and <br />Cody White for Planned Unit Development plan approval to remodel and convert the <br />existing duplex unit into one single-family residential home and to construct two new <br />attached single-family units in the rear of the property; subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />SECTION 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br />fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption <br />SECTION 5.
